I was expecting something to go wrong, the whole process has been a living hell, 4 passports (3childrens) have cost me £400, so I am a tad paronoid now of looming disasters

Still waiting for ds3s to come back now after photos were finally agreed!

GDG, goodluck, the post office told me ds photo may be rejected because of a shadow, but I took the risk and sent it anyway, and it was accepted.

Here's hoping - going in 3.5 weeks!

mine took 7 working days to come back, so I assume the busy period has'nt started yet. you can call them or email and they will tell you if it has passed, thats what I did..........hence the parania
