Mine?

Absolutely SHT*!!

Diagnosed with depression and shoved on AD's. OK, this should've happened 4 years ago if I'd been honest with myself and others, but still feel crap.
DS1 gets BAAADDD chickenpox - no sleep for me.
He just starts getting over that when mum has bad car accident. Spends just over a month in hospital having her knee and pelvis put back together. 120 mile round trips 3/4 times a week taking toll on my health and bank balance. Glad she's home now and doing ok. A week after her accident happened DS2 and I got Chickenpox (ta very much to DS1). I was Very poorly. Couldn't eat, sleep, drink, wee or anything. Wanted to die. Made me exhausted.
Have now got what I think is a bug as my stomach is killing me, has been for a few days, but no unusual toilet activity as yet thank goodness.

Am exhausted, run down, miserable.

Just hoping that it can only be better from now on in.

How's your year so far?

plagued with illness, marriage difficulties, money worries, overeating and depression but it is starting to improve.

Just keep thinking that the only way is up baby for you and me now! Grin

sh*t as well.

found out in January at 20 week scan that there's a problem with my baby's health. Since then constant scans and various attempts to pinpoint what exactly the problem is. Now looks like potentially fatal genetic disorder.

MIL diagnosed with cancer in January, recovering now, but couldn't help with looking after children like she used to, so this has contributed to me feeling exhausted.

Now that the Lustral is working, MUCH better Wink. Except money-wise. But that's the same every year.

In the grand scheme of things, not as bad as it could be, but nevertheless rather stressful.

House stress has continued - got a buyer, got messed around royally before we finally told her to bog off (won't go into whole story but it was a nightmare), now got a new buyer though and should be completing in next couple of weeks.

Linked to that - we find out someone has been using our old address and our details to apply for bank accounts, credit cards and loans - lots of sorting out to do on that count but have recently found it a right pain getting a loan for a car as a result - all sorted now though.

Ds1 very poorly, several visits to GP over 3 weeks tell us he's OK - turns out he has pneumonia and is hospitalised and on oxygen for 4 days.

Ds2 and ds3 then get horrible diarrhoea, N&V bug - something none of the kids have ever had so most odd and distressing!

Just as he recovers from pneumonia, ds1 falls and fractures his arm. Just had final check up today - all clear.

Car trouble - dh reverses into a post in a car park and then I drive my car into the porch (don't ask!). Been without my car (family sized) for 2 weeks now and another week to go so I've been driving the kids round in the old fiesta with the boot that doesn't shut and dh has had to get lifts to work!!

All is looking up now though. Kids all fully recovered from illness and injury, house sale should complete next week, my car coming back next week, new car being delivered next week, can now sell old Fiesta (and looks like SIL wants it so easy sale there!), going on holiday end of May to a beautiful villa in Majorca.

Phew.

I really hope it starts to get better for everyone - Emkana I hope that your baby is okay or able to be treated. Really Sad for you.
