No - I rang the LA today cos I had no card and was wondering where all the political bumf was that usually makes its way on to my doormat.

Apparently our Authority votes in thirds (wtf?) and its not my thirds turn!???

Yes, I'm sure they are. Are you definitely on the electoral roll?

You can always turn up at your local election station and if you're on the electoral roll, they'll let you vote.
