Returning items back to Primark

Does anyone know if I will be able to take some underwear back to Primark for a refund.

Bought a couple of days ago, still with tags on and still with receipt. Doesn't fit.

I know with places that M&S they don't allow returns on their underwear, just wondered if Primark are okay about refunds or not.

Don't want to look a plonker if I get refused for a refund.

shop there a lot and they always tell me no refund on underwear.. saying that I think you can if it is faulty.

No not faulty and not really expensive just annoyed that there sizing is so small and not like M&S.

Will perhaps advertise it on ebay. Oh well.

I returned some knickers to M & S once and the woman spread out the gusset on her desk to scrutinise it, then lifted the knickers up to her nose and sniffed them.

I said "I haven't worn them, you know." And she said "You'd be surprised what we see here."

I didn't ask...

surely you could say they are faulty as the sizing is wrong
