So,i've built the new workstation(Go me!!)
Now,can i just pull wires out of the hard drive (keyboard,mouse,webcam etc)move it all to the workstation and then just plug it all back into the same sockets?Will everything still work?

Yep.

Obviously make sure the PC isn't switched on or connected to power when you do it. If you haven't got clear markings on which cable is which then mark them with tape or something before you unplug, so that you know where they all go.
