I am after a Quinny Zapp and they have them for £99 with raincover and sun canopy included which is £50 cheaper than mothercare.

Just wondered if anyone had used them and if they were reputable (i am still in a timewarp about ordering stuff off the interweb Grin )

Don't buy yet - check archives!!

Yorkiegirl · 30/04/2006 16:18

definitely check archives. 2LF may not be your best bet

I didn't have the smoothest of transactions with them.

Do Not order from them. Although i eventually got my products it took and age and they were he most unhelpful people i have ever dealt with.
defo worth paying the extra and go to Kiddcare, better service.

i've used them once - for a glider rocker, and had no problems at all.

wouldn't advise ordering from them tbh, we ordered a car seat which was never in stock
they did refund the money quickly, but what if ds2 had been born and we had no car seat to bring him home in? Sad

Do not use TLF!

Sometimes they deliver no problem. However when they do mess up, and this appears to be much mre often that it should do - check on MN archives, Mumsonline, BabyWorld, Money Saving Expert, etc - they are terrible. There is very limited, e-mail only customer service and no one responds for ages and their stories don't tally. I had to wait 3 months to get my money back and this took me contacting the Managing Director, and after being in contact with rading Standards and Watchdog (who were very interested).

a mum at preschool had mentioned that she was going to order her double buggy from TLF and I thought, oh -oh ( just from reading this board)
but she had no probs at all
delivered on time , payment no probs and was using it in a few days after that
