Does anyone know the best way to go about it? Our ds's have got their own surname, which is a combination of my surname and dp's and we've kept our own - so essentially there are 3 different surnames in our family! The more I've thought about it the more I want to change mine to ds's surnames - can anyone advise how to go about doing it?

I did google it and found a website with a £30 something charge, but I couldn't quite believe that was it...!

dotty - i have JUST done this and now we just have two lots of different surnames ( i LOVE it actually and have only just done it after 15 years together)
Solicitor drew up document - quick and easy - she was a friend so no charge though!

how bizarre - I thought you'd have to do something very beurocratic (sp??!) involving a million forms and stuff. Will look into the website I found again.

I changed my name after my divorce through deed poll, and it really was that easy!
