Ordering black cabs

I need to get a black cab into London today (coz of pushchair and tight timings!!) but live in an area where they're pretty rare on the streets so I can't just hail one.

Can you phone for one to collect you?

If so does anyone have the number you call?

They charge a lot though for booking one + I think you need an accoutn
