Ballet Fusion

Anyone got any experience of it? I saw a class advertised and it seems quite interesting.

What's it fused with? Sounds interesting.

Ballet fusion, "which incorporates pilates, ballet and dance."

That sounds great - never heard of it before, though. Perhaps someone else has?

my mum does it and loves it!

but don't let that put you off - she's fitter than I am and has arms like Madonna. Even she says it's hard work though - there's some balance thing she can't do, and has to stand in the Old Ladies' Corner and lean against the wall. Quite fancy it myself but she goes at her posh gym so gets it all inclusive - costs a fortune for plebs off the street like me .
