oh whats ebay sniper?

kid · 23/04/2006 21:35

Its something that can enter a last minute bid on your behalf. I'm sure there are some MNers that use it. But where are they tonight?!

I just used it for first time ... and it did not work -- bidnapper.com ... but might just have been me!

There's bidmate.co.uk. Used it before, tho' not for ages. You get so many free or you can pay for more(I think)

vrane is very good. Always works - well, I mean it always places the bid for you - whether you win or not depends how high your bid was :)

kid · 23/04/2006 21:52

are they free to download?

Vrane is free to use for one snipe at a time - you pay to set up more than one at a time.

I tried to use one for a dress I was after but it seemed to think that the time to run was an hour longer than ebay said so I waited until 20secs to go and put in my highest bid maually. It worked, beat the snipers and the only other active bidder didn't have time to bid up to my highest (put absolute highest you will pay) before the auction ended.
