that tells you what year your house was built?
I am a tenant and the insurance company wanted to know how old the house was. I'm sure I could ask the housing manager but I wondered if I could find out online.

Have you tried googling the address? (I'm sure you have, but it's worth a go)

Hi, had the same thing last year and still haven't found the age of my house, most deeds only kept from the 60's onwards so your stuffed if the house is older then that. I contacted my morgage compaqny who gave me an approximate age based on survayers report. Don't think you could do much on-line but would be intrested to know.

tried googling the address but nothing.
I figured if such a website existed, MNers would know about it!

I found the HA website and they were founded in 1970 and it looks like my house was built between 1979 and 1985. Not sure when exactly but thats close enough!
