Child in park with chickenpox.

Why do parents do this . DH has just come back from taking kids to the park. DD met another girl there and started playing with her. Mum is sitting on a bench on mobile (pretty much ignoring her dd) when she finishes her call she comes over to dh and says "by the way my daughter has chickenpox, but as long as she doesn't touch your dd she should be fine". WTF!!! Ds was also in the locality trying out his new walking skills. Now dd has had the chicken pox vaccine (but not ds) so will be ok anyway, but the woman didn't know that.

grrrrrrrrr.

I'm dead good, have 3 out of 4 poxy children and have stayed at home all day, like I sadi its not for long, don't understand why people winge about having to do it, after all much rather that than pass on to a pregnant woman.
