Bloody shower!

Our shower has broken no hot water getting through and we are moving friday!I have called a plumber as the shower is 4 days out of guarantee (can you believe it)and she is going to try to fix it today but it will be £65 per hour plus parts.I have already had to get a bricklayer to fix our front wall as some yobs knocked 6 rows of bricks off it last weekend and we didn't even hear them!Also knob on cooker broke which cost me £85 to have replaced What else can go wrong now?And what can I do if the plumber can't fix it?Also our buyers agreed completion date with their sale before agreeing with us or our end of the chain and now our seller is asking for £450 for storage and we have to pay 225!I am never moving again!!

you shouldn't be paying for their storage ... that's appalling... why is it your responsiblity

also .. some people would leave the shower and just say it was working when they left .. not that I'm suggesting it or anything

The guy who is selling to us just said he hadn't had enough time to organise himself and if we wanted to complete on friday we had to pay.I am livid tbh as we were in no hurry to move but agreed their date anyway as we were pretty flexible and dp had that day off anyway.I am so p'd off at having to pay this The estate agents want it today My dp wants a reciept or quote from storage co.I can see its going to be a long week!

for you at having to pay! You have my sympathies, we are completing tommorow(but have no chain). Don't you just know that there is a scummy EA telling your seller to get you to pay for his storage!

Oh no the thermostat has gone in the sealed unit and can't be repaired only replaced for £200!!!!!!!!
