Fab piece by Libby P from BMC about how the rude bits in How Not to Raise a Perfect Child were translated \link{http://www.badmothersclub.co.uk/jsp/index.jsp?lnk=102&featureid=315\here.}

pee po belly bum drawers in:

French: pipi, caca, boudin
German: Pinkel, po, Hintern, Furz
Spanish: pis, caca, tripa, culo, calzoncillos
Italian: pippi, cacca, sedere, mutande
Dutch: pies, poep, pens, kont, onderbroek
Norwegian: tis, puha, vom, rov, unterhylere

(is it me or are there some sausages in there?)

I've seen that piece in her brilliant book "natures masterpieces" It's so good, really funny and very positive, makes you feel that you are definitely doing something right. Or rather not doing everything wrong.
