How much roughly?Something all glass no bricks at all very plain small too about 10x10.Also can you take the kitchen door right off and have it open or does that require planning and building regs.I am just trying to find out how much not including floor tiles or heating etc as we could do those ourselves. Thanks xx

If it is permanently part of the house (ie you have no doors between conservatory & house or the heating runs off the house heating) then it needs to comply to building regs - if you come to sell. If it is 'separate' ie doors that shut & separate heating then it dosen't.
Whether it requires planning persmission depends on size & your local council

Best bet is to get some quotes. Prices could vary wildly depending on quality and the compay you use. We had quotes that varied by £10,000. Shock
