I am fairly new to ebay, can anyone tell me why, although I have 23 positive feedbacks, it is only saying 16?

if you have +ive from the same person for several items they don't all show

Do you have more than one from the same buyer/seller? If so only one of them counts towards your score.

Ah yes, I have 8 items from 1 seller, that seems unfair though.

I thought so too at first - but if anyone wants to read your feedback all the info is there - including the total number of +ive feedbacks

It's to stop people scamming the feedback system by having two accounts and leaving themselves lots of positive feedbacks (selling lots of things for 1p). Strange but it happens!
