flax seed... where from????????

the only place I can find any is in sainsburys, in a medium sized vaccum sealed pack for £10!!!!!!!!!!

any ideas where else I might find it? holland and barratts didn't have any

You can get LINSEED from Holland and Barratt quite cheaply - not sure if its quite the same though

yes, linseed is EVERYWHERE!
and it's cheaper than flaxseed! I wonder why when it's the same thing... hmmm
