Well no Senora it was fairly unequivocable, she said f off, I thought she was joking, she put me right, she wasn'tSad

Rhubarb · 03/04/2006 20:31

You fecking startin' summat Dior? With yer fancy name an all! You Southern or summat?

Dior · 03/04/2006 20:31

Carmenere - is the poster a regular? If so, you'll be chatting about mooncups or DHs one of these days. (Grin) If not, ignore them. Hard, I know. I take things personally a lot of the time...I spent the weekend stewing over a particular poster actually, but I gave myself a couple of days away from MN, and moved on.

misdee · 03/04/2006 20:32

i'm ill, lost my hearing, dd1 ill, dd2 is stimmy, dd3 is asleep (phew), lost a DCM group member, not been able to see my own dh. just want things back to normal.

WestCountryLass · 03/04/2006 20:32

Had a lovely day today and the sun was shining :)

Dior · 03/04/2006 20:33

Well actually Rhubarb me old china, yes I am! Essex too...make what you want of it - Wink

zippitippitoes · 03/04/2006 20:34

sorry to hear you are feeling rotten carmenere

I'm feeling major stress and anxiety

Carmenere · 03/04/2006 20:35

Yes she is a mumsnet stalwart, I have to say I don't have any anomosity towards her and I can only imagine that she is having a bad day. I'm prepared to forget it tbh Smile. And it really pales into insignificance when you see other problems on here!

SaintGeorge · 03/04/2006 20:35

Carmenere - don't worry about it, like others have said it will blow over.

To be fair, I think I understand how she was feeling at the time of the post. After repeatedly having people miss the point of what she was saying, she then had the piss taken out of her attitude on another thread. In her place I would have responded in the same way.

Dior · 03/04/2006 20:38

Well, if it is not usually like her, I think you are right to forget it. Hope you feel happier asap.

handlemecarefully · 03/04/2006 20:38

Agree SG.

SenoraPostrophe · 03/04/2006 20:39

yes, now you've drawn me into a search and I agree with saintgeorge.

Tommy · 03/04/2006 20:42

not great tbh, DH has been called back to work, DS1 is still awake and has been a horrible 4 year old today and I have to take DS2 back to the hospital tomorrow as he has probably broken a bone in his foot.
We also had the PILs staying all weekend which I found very wearysome (if that's a word)

Dior · 03/04/2006 20:44

Damn it, now I've searched too!

SenoraPostrophe · 03/04/2006 20:45

Smile do you remember the days when we had real lives?

Rhubarb · 03/04/2006 20:47

Dior - I cannot add to what has already been said about Essex girls! Grin

Dior · 03/04/2006 20:48

Real...lives...? I think I had one of those at the weekend, bloody boring it was too.

Greensleeves · 03/04/2006 20:48

Shite. Fkn shite.

Dior · 03/04/2006 20:49

Rhubarb - it's all true too. I do wear white stilettos, and I do have 'C&A in my knickers, so that I know which way round to wear them Grin

Rhubarb · 03/04/2006 20:51

Oh, you actually bother to wear them then? Grin

Dior · 03/04/2006 20:51

Well, most of them are left in the back seats of cars naturally!

kid · 03/04/2006 20:54

It was DS's 4th birthday today, we went to a soft play place that I haven't been to before, it was really good. Nice and calm there and nothing like the one we usually visit. The best part was, adults were allowed to join in so I did!

Rhubarb · 03/04/2006 20:59

Not behind some bushes then?

jmg1 · 03/04/2006 20:59

lou, what do you mean! it must be warming up there now.

Dior · 03/04/2006 21:00

No, I'm classy me...
