We got a concept II from ebay - there were quite a lot on there..obviously much cheaper than new..and often hardly used at all!
(Ours was a brand new model with hardly anything 'on the clock' so was still expensive..but there were lots of older models and they are built to last).

Hi, I'm a huge rowing fan and wanted a rower at home, but I have to say I wouldn't have anything other than a concept, nothing else comes close. I'd actually rather not row if I had to use any other model.
I bought the new, blue concept 2 direct from concept online, and yes it is a lot at £939 but it will stand the test of time. I paid an initial £300ish and then spread the rest over 10 months interest free at about £65 a month. It's probably not what you wanted to hear, but concepts rule!!
