Help! Toilet really blocked !!

Have tried toilet brush
Have tried plunger
Have been & bought One-Stop (thanks to another MN thread mnths ago)

Now water isnt going down very fast at all !!

I didnt use much One-stop as it fizzed up & scared the life out of me !!

what now?

don't want to scare you, but we had probs with toilet for months, then finally it didn't do anything, and it was because of a collapsed drain. Hope its not that for your sanity!!!!
