yackerty i have 1 ds, and two dd's. shame that it wasn't your ds, is there no way you could get them to email you a photo or get them to send you a leaflet or poster

PERFUME is one with UA and one with MOT??? baby brain ruining my memory!! Think I always get you and TOTALLY muddled up!
The company are meant to be sending us copies but I am just impatient to see them! They are up in and around Manchester but I don't know anyone up that way so will have to wait till they send them.

yackertyyack yes totally is with urban angels and mot. dd1 is with ck casting(acting agency) and dd2 is with urban angels.

IZZY - The picadilly area apparently, they have been spotted so I know they are out there! Have looked in JUNIOR (this is MAY edition) and cannot spot either your DD or tigeryuans son - what was your little one wearing????
PERFUME - I am up to speed now, and are they all for DD1 or DD2, are they quite good about the other going for castings etc??

when my ds did the photoshoot, the background was black!!

...at least when DS did a pregnancy mag they told us what issue it was for so we knew which one to buy!!! SO much easier...its annoying when they are all wrapped up and you have to buy it to have a look at it! I am sure that you little man will be used at some point - there are some beautiful kids in the mag. I like being nosey as to where the kids are from!! Are you still with BK???

yup. haven;t done anything yet. one on hand, i'm not happy with them & want to terminate the contract. but, on the other hand, i feel stupid that ds hasn;t earned the £94 back and should wait till he is 17, then the contract will be ended!! Grin !!

.....thats the thing, if the agencies you are with are not sole rep than you don't really have anything to lose....it would be better to wait for him to earn the money back before leaving if possible. At least you have got a nice variety of agencies working for DS -

i know it makes sense to stay!! even my ds has no job/casting, am still using their web spaces!! Grin!!
just want to make a fullstop with time when i upset with them sometimes! you know what i mean!!

mythumbelinas yes the jobs are for dd with urban angels, i think age 8 is a very poular age for jobs at the moment. my dd1 who's 11 is more into the acting side she is very self concious where having a photo taken is concerned but she always seems happy for dd2 when she has done a job or castings, although it does worry me sometimes how she really feels, it's so hard dd2 is very confident, very photo genic and shows real potential in all of the performing art where as dd1 is a lot less confident, she loves the idea of it all but hasn't got that natural ability, so it is very difficult for me cause i think should i not bother with both cause one hasn't quite got what it takes or do i carry on letting d2 doing what she truely loves?

if thats what dd 2 really enjoys then u should let her shine, it must be difficult for dd1, sometimes kids think things yet say so little, as long as neither gets left out and gets atention and praise in other ways it generally evens itself out with kids, if dd1 is happy with the acting maybe u could guide her in that path,,
