How much does it cost to move house?

I have thought so far of ...

Removal company - I want them to pack as well. I have no idea - anyone done this recently?

Stamp duty - 1% on the property we'd be going to

Conveyancing - again no idea - anyone?

Curtains & emergency DIY - I estimate c. £1,000

Anyone done this recently and give me some realistic ball park figures?

insurance - house and contents

packing and removals will be at least £600 I would say depends where you are and how far you move andhow much stuff you have.
