Hacked off with Curries delivery service......................!

I ordered and paid for a new dishwasher for a place in London. I paid extra to have the old dishwasher removed + scrapped and the new one installed/connected.

They turned up yesterday but would not take the old one away or leave the new one.
Why?
Because the old one was still plugged in!!

My 7 year old son could disconnect a dishwasher in about 30 seconds if I explained how to do it.

So why can't two grown men do it?
