I should have it finished by tonight or maybe tomorrow night (at work tomorrow ). It is on Access at the moment. You are welcome to a copy of it though, so long as you don't mind the odd spelling/typo error I may have made!

melsy · 05/01/2004 14:37

well that told me !!! I thought I was being real good with the half fat creme fraiche !!! & roast tats r only 1.5 each and cut down to 2 , used to eat 5!!!

I am finding this real hard never never had to diet b4. Was a size 6 until 28 yrs old!!!

I have reactive hypoglaecemia , so have to eat, well get really ill if I dont.

Hulababy · 05/01/2004 14:41

Melsy - half fat creme fraiche IS okay so long as you use it sparingly. One tablespoon is only 0.5 points.

codswallop · 05/01/2004 14:41

Hb cant talk about typos...

Melsy am i making you sad?!. sorry. Just want us all to be thin....

Wow Hula will HAVE TO have that data base , how do I Know wether pc has access on it.

If you want I can send via email my WW computor chart I have designed on excel. It calculates totals and daily intake.

Hulababy · 05/01/2004 14:47

Sounds good Melsy. I haven't had time to get rpound to that bit yet.

RE: database. I am pretty sure that it can be saved to pretty much any database format once on Access. Only have 2 more pages to go!!!

codswallop · 05/01/2004 14:47

mel;sy are you ok?

OP posts:
Hulababy · 05/01/2004 14:48

Melsy - do you have Microsoft Office? Access is part of that. Or maybe, MS Works - the database on their will be compatable. I am sure it can also be saved onto an Excel format so you can use it in their too and still do searches and sorts on the info.

melsy · 05/01/2004 15:00

Not feeling very well at the mo, might have to have diet monitored by doctor. Had migraine for 3 days.

Hulababy I have all microsoft stuff , I can probably convert it. If I contact u via contact another talker we can then relay addresses & then swap our masterpeices !!!???

Hulababy · 05/01/2004 15:20

Sounds good Melsy. I have now finished all the main points and going to enter some fo the sample Eating Out stuff - about 70 to go then. Best add that this isn't the most up to date book - it is the Pure Points so maybe a couple of years out of date. Worked for me last time though.

Hulababy · 05/01/2004 15:54

FINISHED!!!

Database now has two separate bits:

  1. All points for all food values, including about 70 different Eating Out bits

  2. Bonus points for 15/30 minutes of continuous exercise

It is about 1MB. Will prbabl;y send fine from my end but will depend on your connection. OR, if you send me a suitable disk or CD-R/RW I can put it on that. Is this copyright though???

pixiedust · 05/01/2004 16:07

So far today I have eaten-
musli,
a fruit salad,
and ahem a sausage roll, the bakery made me do it!
Beccarollover- I didn't like the other one.

Beccarollover · 05/01/2004 17:06

Id love copies of the database and spreadsheet hula and melsy

My stomach is still feeling a bit dicky - today so far Ive had 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 ricecake

Im starting to feel hungry now though so I think tea will be chicken breast, steamed veg and small potato.

melsy · 05/01/2004 17:15

Hulababy I have sent you a message through here , I await your reply and attachement. I am joining on Thursday so I will update were appilcabl with new books. Will let you know if anything of interest.

Hulababy · 05/01/2004 17:20

Beccarollover - e-mail me through Contact another Talker for the database.

Hulababy · 05/01/2004 17:22

Awaiting your e-mail Melsy. The update of anything important would be good, cheers. Especially any of the veggie food. this book doesn't have a huge amount in the vegetarian section.

Just e-mail me and I will get it off to you asap!

Hulababy · 05/01/2004 17:32

melsy · 05/01/2004 17:38

Its winging its way to you now Hulababy, I have attached my spreadsheet thingy to. You might get some food ideas on it as I have left it filled out up to today!!! On the other hand you might see were I have gone wrong!! Dont let Coddy see it!!

Hulababy · 05/01/2004 17:50

I have e-mailed bith Becca and Melsy with the database now. Hope you get it OK. They both have appeared to go reasonably quickly from my end.

Thanks for the spreadsheet Melsy. It looks very impressive but will have a better look later on. Would like to copy the lunch at the Sushi bar!!! If only I lived nearer to Selfridges. Mind, DH hates it

Hulababy · 05/01/2004 17:55

Becca - your hotmail returned the e-mail back to me. It says that it can't deliver as you are over your memory allowance or have too many e-mails? The database is 1.67MB I think.

Beccarollover · 05/01/2004 17:56
