Do National Express do coaches to Butlins ???

Can get to Minehead in nearly 4 hours which is better but nearly £100 for the tickets, so maybe not.

Maybe you could get the train and then get a local bus, the butlins I worked at had a bus run every half hour to the station.

Where do you live roughly Nutty?

I have been to Minehead numerous times - to work at the springharvest festival there :)

I reccomend National Express or train to Taunton. And then the bus - double decker which your kids might think is cool! from Taunton to Minehead. Bus has huge storage area for luggage so obviously lots of people travel to minehead that way.

Actually get nat express to the bus station as there are toilets and snacks available there. The train station is a boring place to wait and the buses dont run that often. They do go all the way to Butlins though

Hi lexiemum. I did springers - the babies creche in 94, 95, 97 and 98. So I have no doubt we passed each other at some point :)

Weirdly I always felt jealous that you lot were given tee shirts to wear whilst we just had badges :o

a friend was in springers too - she felt the same, got very jealous of my green sweatshirt!
