How can I get the time back up on my Desktop?

The little darlings have a knack of doing things to the computer that I can never undo! They have managed to take the time away from the toolbar on my desktop and for the life of me I can't figure out how to get it back!!

Rightclick the tool bar, click "properies" and then "show clock".

How simple was that???
I've spent weeks right clicking on the toolbar and doing everything....except properties!
