i received one today and,as i'm not a natwest customer, panicked thinking that someone had opened an account in my name. anyway, rang up International Banking for NATWEST (08709093715) and i was told straightaway that it's a bogus email and to delete straightaway. it comes up on your right hand side asking for details etc. Please ignore and delete!!! (SORRY IF SOMEONE ELSE HAS ALREADY POSTED ON THIS)
