Bitmap to J.peg, HOW?????

Thats it basically....can anyone tell me how to change a piccie from bit map format to a j.peg???

When I save the image its only offering either bitmap or gif options and not j.peg....I NEED J.pegs!!!!

Try opening the image in another application - right click to see what other programmes you can use to open it and then save as.

Try changing the file extension from xxx.bmp to xxx.jpg (you don't need to open the file to do this) and see if that works. Does for me...

I opened the file in photofiltre and then saved to J.peg.
