I refunded £69 on 14 March, and today, 23rd, it is still not there.
Phoned them and was passed to someone who said that they have been alerted to a problem and are not sure if there is a blockage on their system with banks.
They are phoning me back after, I have documentation so am not worried but thought I would alert you lot in case didn't check up on these things.
