Bought 15 month old DS a pair of shoes from Russell and Bromley a week or so agao, and they are broken. £31!!!!!!! The robbing gits! For that price, they should at least last for longer then 9 days! I'm going to take them back in the week. I'm not 'appy about it, as it costs a fiver just to get into town!

i had this with clarkes earlier in the month. Bought them on the tuesday - went to put them on dd on wednesday and snap!

Took them back and was given full refund. got same pair in Jones and a 14 day full refund receipt

wtf? how on earth? god yes, take 'em back and whinge about the cost, financially and time wise, to take back their shoddy workmanship blah blah blah.
