Been trying to get through to Boots Chemist to check if they have my prescription so that I don't do a wasted trip, and I think that they have left their phone off the hook, or not put it back in the cradle correctly.

If I go into to town to get it and it isn't there, I will not be a happy bunny.

ring up the operator and tell them the number , they will check it is off the hook and if it is will put the blower down it for you.
