anyone built a cloakroom/shower inside a conservatory?

i know your not suppose to but we are desperate for space and we are hoping to build a conservatory this summer and the only way we can fit a downstairs loo is building a small room alongside the party wall and putting one in there.
anyone else done something similar?

no i havent although i do have a conservatory, i do know that you will have to apply for building regs if you decide to add the shower room.

thanks spacecadet - thought drainage wasn't allowed in a conservatory? so it might be ok afterall?
i am sooo tired, the thought of filling in forms fills me with horror!

shrub-you would have to apply for the building regs first providing a copy of the plans and they will decide whether to issue them or not.
