quick, what would you do? Dd was sent home earlier but feels well again now

Dd1 (6) had a bad headache at school and was sent home 1.5 hours ago. She's had some Nurofen and now feels fine - should I send her back? (Naturally she wants to stay home!)

I'd keep her at home for the rest of the day tbh. The headache may come back once the Nurofen wears off.
