How do I get rid of red eye

Ive got a photo I want to upload and make a christmas calendar out of but DD has big red eyes on it! How do I fix it?

You could use the pen that MrsGS mentions before scanning the photo, or do you have software (maybe came with the scanner) to edit the picture? Our software has a red-eye removal tool. Or perhaps you could save the image as a bitmap and use the simple drawing software to edit the image.

Its on a digital camera so cant use a pen! Ill try and give it a go in an editing program - wish me luck

If you can't manage it yourself take your camera's memory card (if still on it) or the picture on a CD to a photo developing shop - like Jessops - who do digital photo development. They will be able to do it for you.

Didn't your camera come with editing software? That's where our red-eye remover came from.
