My sister e mailed me yesterday to say she had a date for next Monday from an agency she has signed up with I have no problem with that at all only from a security safety point of view Has anyone used one?

IIRC they agency gives your phone number to potential date and you get his and then it's down to you to make arrangements. If you meet in a pub or somewhere opne and public I can't see there would be any issues (and let someone know where you're going)
This was in the days before internet dating though - don't know how that works.
Just follow instincts I guess and be careful!
