yes, me. i never usually touch junk food but just have to have it - carbs usually - the day before. and i always seem to want a few glasses of wine too. dunno why

how odd! I was just thinking about this the other day!

I get very strong cravings for sweets and chocolates (both of which I normally hate and don't touch!). They are so strong (the cravings) that I would actually consider dragging myself out in the pouring rain to walk to the shops to get some!

I think it's something to do with a dip in a hormone. I also sometimes get menstrual migraine and this month, I'm trying to avoid eating any of my PMT cravings to see if it stops the migraine.

Could it be the weather? I used to think it was PMT but have realised I am stuffing my face for the entire month! I think this happens through the winter.

I don't fancy fruit as it's too cold so biscuits, cake and chocolate it is.

I like salads, fruit and vegetables normally so I shall just have to wait for the warmer weather before I can eat healthily again.

I think it is def pmt as I eat really healthy food the rest of the time and although I eat more in the run up to my period the day before I am like a loony I went to the shop today and bought loads of junk in the rain Agree re the wine too as I really fancy a glass but can't due to antibiotics
