I remember, must have been around 1998, a programme on TV about the internal workings of the body.
I think it was narrated by Robert Winston, although I may be wrong.
I remember that it showed what happens when you break a bone and the macrophages gobbling up dead tissue...
It also had a pg woman dropping a bowl of mashed potato that she was eating in bed - I can't remember why though.

I want to get it out on video, but I don't know what the series was called.
I don't think it was the birth to death series

Is it the human body?
I got it from the library and have watched three episodes, but it didn't seem to be the one?
Maybe I shall persevere...Mashed potato and macrophages might be in later episodes
