I sold and sent an item to a person about 3 weeks ago who has not received it-I have proof of purchase. What do I do now with regards to the Post Office and also to refunds- it wasn't for a huge amount but how do I go about refunding?
Also, I have been sent an email which says I am involved in an unpaid item mutual agreement for an item I have never bid on! The seller seems genuine enough on ebay but I am worried this may be a spoof email, I have to respond to this email and enter my details which I haven't yet done. Is this a spoof? How can I contact ebay directly to check?
