help! I've dpone this before

but not a hope in hell of clicking on things to go through archieves as everything is upside down and I have the coordination of a stoned elephant. Its taken me ten minutes to get this far. I remember there are keys you need to press to get the screen the right way round again, DS did this. But what are they? Apologise for typos but as its all upside down I can't really tell!!! Please help!!

Erm, just realised I had been pressing the wrong keys. I can't believe what a relief it is to have you all the right way up!!! Sorry for posting this twice as well. Things got a little hard there!
