how often do you clean your toilets?

just interested to know how often as I tend to do mine every 2 days but I know someone who only does them once a week. Am I too much or is she not enough?

I'm with QE2. Roughly every week(ish) - although will thropw some bleach down the loo if it is looking dirty (that's not normally more than once a week though).

Live in a soft water area, so don't have a problem with limescale.

Will wash the hand towel and bath mat (don't have a pedestal mat) once a week, but only wash the (white) bath towels about once a fortnight. My excuse is that we have only 2 nice bathsheets and we don't like using the normal sized towels (Memo to self: really must buy a couple more bath sheets)

Of - and my other excsue is that I would like to get a cleaner and dh refuses: so therefore it is his responsibility !

To be fair, he does do most of the hoovering and is the one who normally gives the bathroom its clean.

I clean our tilet once a week throughly with bicarb/soda crystals and lemonjuice/vinegar. Seat gets wiped once a day with a cloth and lemon juice. I know dp uses bleach once in a while which I dont like. I think our toilet is prefectly clean as it is and doesnt need cleaning more often than that tbh. cant see the need for anti bac wipes etc

once a month whether they need it or not.
