Help with gift idea please

A very special friend is 50 this week, she is a very trendy Boden and John Lewis loving 50. Happily married, no children.

I am having a cake made for her already for her birthday so just wanted to give her something else too up to 20 pounds. Any ideas?

Nice wine/champers to drink with the cake?!

Her DH already has 15 bottles in the fridge! Oh no, I am losing time as taking her for lunch on Monday. Eek.
