A map to show expat and Aillidh where all the love is coming from!

Ok, I have set up an online map so that we can pin our location on (if you like) to show Ailidh and expat where all the love and prayers are coming from! You can be specific or just put the nearest city to you or even somewhere else if you'd rather not show where you are exactly. It will be anonymous though so it should be ok.

Go to Trip Advisor and sign in using the email address [email protected], password mumsnetrocks, then go to My Trip Advisor at the top, then to My Travel Map - and pin away.

Then she's going to scratch off the locations when she is better on the lovely Scratch Map

gosh, I just had a look, over 700 pins! Go on Mumsnet!

I just took a look and I didn't have to sign in again - apparently when I closed the page it didn't log me out. I don't know if it will cause problems if everyone does this, so just in case, can everyone go back to the page and hit 'Log Out' at the top if you're still logged in? Not sure that TripAdvisor can cope with 700+ people being logged into the same page at the same time!

I just had a look at the map with dd, she was amazed!

i hope that when Aillidh is feeling better she has some fun with the map, looking at all the places where people were willing her on. Maybe in her gap year she can do a round the world trip visiting us all

Can one place only have one pin? I think someones already pinned my area.

someone had already pinned mine too, Frothy, but I added it again & the yellow pin turned into a star into a blue circle (there are a few of those on the map)
