Bought DS a pair of shoes from Clinks for Kids and the fit is crap.

Shamlessly bumping own thread (but only once as per MN ettiquette).

Seriously, will they just tell me to bog off or will I have to get my 'head on' before I go in the shop?

Yes I think you should - do you still have the receipt? I have taken shoes back in the past when this has happened.

Yes, I have the receipt, box etc.. Ive just never had any problems before. Quite shocked at what theyve done to his feet actually. Just goes to show that paying through the nose doesnt make any difference.
