clothes or the classes?
dh took dd1 to a class when I was pg with dd2 and I remember they were a bit pricey (couldn't believe that a couple with triplets could afford it...maybe they got discount Smile)

takes about 12 days, sometimes quicker, they ship it through Germany so you don't get VAT bill, I've never had one at any rate.
postage is pretty good really, it varies depending on what you buy, the more you buy the better value the postage is,
I think it cost about £7 postage for about 12 items...

(they were in the design centre in upper st, islington..i thought they were a bit of a ripoff..and all the parents used to sing the songs - v corporate - and the kids used to muck about Grin)

really can't remember, dh paid upfront for them, but remember thinking they were quite a lot more than say the £3 or so you might pay for music thing in clissold park cafe. dh did them so that i could have some "time off" on a saturday..so prob money well worth spending Smile

If your talking about the clothes then Gymboree are very good. I've made a number of orders and the postage is usually 20 dollars. Delivery is usually quick and I've never been charged extra by customs.

vickiyumyum · 28/02/2006 13:02

LOL! ok trust shopaholic me to assume that it was the clothes!

The one nearest to me in Greenwich charges £7 per music class (payed on a monthly basis £28 a month). The play classes cost more, I think about £8.50 or so per class, again you have to pay by the month.

DD used to go to Gymboree in Sheffield. It was fantastic and DD loved it. we only stopped when she moved up a class and they didn't do the next class on my days off. She also had a birthday party there last year.

We used to pay for 12 weeks at a time and it worked out at just over £7.50 per 45 minute session. That was the Play sessions. The Music and Art sessions were about the same.
