Does anyone else have problems with Sainsburys onling always being late?

This will be the 4th week running they have been late. Just had a phone call to say they will be 15 minutes late. Last week I didn't get a call and they were nearly an hour late. 3 weeks ago they were about 3 hours late - did get a call though. And they are often just 5-10 minutes late.

I know I get a £10 voucher each time, but really - can they not make it on time just occasionally?!

And last week's £10 off voucher didn't work either! :(

Anyone else having this problem?

Our ocado (waitrose)is always on time (often half an hour + early... but if you insist they will wait in the van with your stuff until the correct time... lol (not that id ever say that... the sooner the better if you ask me!)

also often get a free courtesy bottle of wine. and they are v friendly, and will bring stuff right INTO the kitchen without a fuss!

So far Ocado have a 100% on time record with us, and the only item they have ever forgotten to give us is mushrooms and we have never yet had a substitute.

Been using them weekly since December 2005
