Outlook question

I use Outlook on a remote system

I need to send a group email but cannot find a way of looking at my address list and picking which ones I want to use.

Any ideas?

Or if I put the group I want to emial in one file, but then I still find a way of sending hte whole file an email?

Is your address book stored on another Pc then, is that your problem?

No address book is here. on the lap top.
