My dd is 6 and I have tryed reading various books to her but they all seem to have too mush speaking in them and I end up losing the plot, excuse the pun, because I cant remember mid sentence if im meant to be the child the adult or in some books the animal! Anyone got any books that are nice to read aloud without too much speech in them to recommend. TIA
