Someone just nearly ran over my DS!

Some stupid woman drove into the school to pick her child up - something that is not permitted. She parked her car, waited for her child, child got in car and then just as all the children were coming out of school she attempts to drive out!!!! She was stationary and then suddenly put her foot down in an attempt to get out and missed my DS by a matter of inches

Everyone gasped, then swore while I quietly had a mild heart failure. Someone went into the school to get someone and a teacher came out and spoke to her.

I am still shaking!....

I've just come back from picking up mine from school. Parents parked on corners, across driveways and some even stopped in the road and peeped at their kids - who then had to cross the road to get into the car . Brainless idiots

Wish I'd gone over and had a go at her myself (which in the normal light of day I would have done) but I was so that I just stood there!! DS is ok. I think I am more shaken up than him.

Stupid lazy woman. The rest of us can walk, or park and walk and stand in the sleet so why can't she?

Oh poor you - how scary. Do you know her? I'd be so tempted to say something, but then I guess you don't want an argy bargy at the school gates. I would ask the school to send something out though re-iterating the policy.
