DVD REGIONS 2 AND 4??? HELP!

Wanting to buy Scrubs (well, DS1 is) - CDWOW have it at £24.99 for region 2 version but only £17.99 for regions 2 & 4 version. Warning notice comes up:

"Please ensure that your DVD player is able to play discs designed for Region 2 & 4 (UK & Europe/Japan) & (Australia/Latin America)"

Our player is multi-region so will it be OK?

Yup.

You sure, FS? I mean I would have assumed it would be - multi-region is multi-region, after all - it's this double region that has thrown me!

I only know because I asked someone what 2 & 4 meant the other day... it just means that it will work on either just 2, or just 4, or on any multiregion.
