My brain is mush. Many many times a day I forget words (sooo overtired)
I'll be in the middle of a conversation and have to stop mid sentence because I have NO idea what I am trying to say.
Please tell me I'm not alone in this!!!

People have whole conversations with me whilst I nod and make 'listening' sounds. Later I have to ask them to repeat everything because I didnt listen to a word. Also forever walking into rooms to get something but by the time I get there I have forgotten what it was I wanted. So annoying. (And a little worrying...)

You lose brain cells after giving birth, I read it somewhere.

Mind you mine are 6 and almost 4 and I still forget things....am always doing it.

Domestic appliances always wrongfoot me. I say 'washing machine' when I mean 'dishwasher', to the extent that we're going to rechristen them officially

Saying lobster when I mean telephone can't be far off

Often stand in my big larder cupboard muttering

"Now why am I here? why am I here? What did I want?" and then prompty walk out again! empty handed of course

Or make a special trip into town to buy a particular item and then come home and realise you had forgotten to buy it Now, that is very irritating!
